Boil blackberries in 10 quarts water for 15 minutes. Add sugar while the mixture is hot. Cool and add juice from lemons and oranges, then stir in yeast and mix well. Put in a large crock. Stir twice a day for 7 days. add ground raisins and 10 quarts water. Stir twice a day for 10 days until yeast stops working. Strain and bottle with loose caps.
