Starboard Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 pound medium mushrooms
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup minced green onions
1/4 cup water, white wine, or sherry
1 cup herb- seasoned stuffing mix

Directions:

Wash mushrooms; remove stems. Dip caps in melted butter and place upside down on baking pan. Finely chop 1/4 of stems and sauté with green onions in remaining butter. add water or wine. Stir in stuffing. Spoon into mushroom caps. Bake in 350° oven about 10 minutes.
