Preheat oven to 325°. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, apricot nectar, and lemon extract. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake for 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Turn out onto a serving dish. Prick holes in cake with an ice pick or skewer. Prepare Lemon Glaze and spread over warm cake.
