Lime Angel Dessert

Ingredients

1 small package lime gelatin
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups boiling water
1/3 cup lime juice
1 can (1 cup) flaked coconut
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 small angel food cake, torn into pieces

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add juice and chill until thickened. Fold in coconut and whipped cream. Make layers of cake bits and gelatin mixture in 9x13-inch pan. Chill overnight and cut into squares.
