Nice to Know: This is good served as a dip with crackers or stuffed into jalapeño or banana pepper halves for a fire-breathing surprise.
Editor's Extra: We prepared this for a TV show in Florida by cooking fresh fish in a hot pot in our hotel room. When we got to the studio, we opened the sealed container of chopped onions, and it got everybody’s attention very quickly! But after we mixed and served it, they all proclaimed it a definite winner.
