Ingredients

2 large leaves Romaine lettuce
1/3 cup Not Tuna Pâté (recipe found in Dips, Pâtés, And Savory Sauces chapter)
1/2 cup alfalfa or clover sprouts
6 thin slices peeled cucumbers
1 Roma tomato, sliced

Directions:

rubber spatula
cutting board
peeler
serrated knife, 5-inch
chef’s knife, 8-inch

Spread one of the lettuce leaves with the pâté and arrange the sprouts, cucumber, and tomato over it. Put the second lettuce leaf on top. Serve immediately.
