Spread one of the lettuce leaves with the sauce and arrange the tomato, avocado, onion, mushroom, and olives over it. Sprinkle with salt. Put the second lettuce leaf on top. Serve immediately.
Pizza Salad: Replace the lettuce leaves with 3 cups of chopped romaine lettuce and toss with the sauce, tomato, avocado, onion, mushroom, olives, and salt.
