Preheat oven to 350°. Grate sweet potatoes. Melt butter. Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon or vanilla. Then add eggs and melted butter. Add milk and beat well. Mix in sweet potatoes, and again, beat well. Pour into 9x13-inch pan and bake 35–40 minutes. Sweet potatoes will rise to the top and will be crunchy. Filling settles to the bottom.
