Saucy Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

1/4 cup apricot or peach jam
1/4 cup Dijon style mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
6 to 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs

Directions:

Turn toaster oven to convection bake at 350 degrees (or bake at 375 degrees).

Mix together all ingredients except chicken. Spread half the sauce in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan. Place chicken on top of sauce. Spread remaining sauce over top and then bake, uncovered, for 1 hour. Makes 4–6 servings.
