1. Cover bulgur with cold water in bowl. Let stand 30 minutes drain. Press out as much water as possible.
2. Place bulgur, tomato, cucumber, cheese, ham, parsley and onions in glass or plastic bowl. Mix remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves pour over bulgur mixture and toss.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve bulgur mixture on lettuce leaves.
