Wild Rice Stuffing


Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 cup wild and long grain rice
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 1/2 cups crushed seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions. In a small skillet, melt butter and add celery and onions. Sauté until tender. Add to rice. Add stuffing and broth. Pour into ungreased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
