Pomegranate Honey Vinaigrette


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 240
Yield: 1 Cup

Ingredients

4 tablespoons freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
4 tablespoons raw honey
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. If necessary, add water 1 or 2 tablespoons at a time until the desired consistency is reached.

2. Use the dressing immediately, or transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to use. If refrigerating, allow the dressing to return to room temperature and stir vigorously before serving.
