Easy Stromboli

Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
2 eggs, separated
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (4-ounce) package sliced pepperoni
1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough into a 15-inch by 12-inch rectangle. Combine egg yolks, oil and seasonings; spread over dough. Arrange pepperoni and mozzarella cheese over dough; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Starting at one long side, roll up; pinch ends to seal. Place seam-side down on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden. Slice; serve warm.
