Serves: 12
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan mix well. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes or until plums are completely cooked. Transfer mixture to blender or food processor process until smooth. Press plum mixture through sieve. Adjust sweetness with additional agave, if desired. Return plum mixture to saucepan and simmer 5 minutes.
