Bake and cool cake. With end of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over cake. Pour vanilla pudding over cake and top with pineapple. Cover with whipped cream and garnish with bananas and coconut. Serve immediately. Try toasting coconut in a Dutch oven for about 5 to 7 minutes until light brown. Yum yum.
