In a skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, sauté celery and onion until tender. Add tuna, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt and sugar to skillet. Mix well, breaking up tuna. Cook over low heat until warmed through, stirring frequently; remove from heat. Place toasted muffins cut-side up on a broiler pan. Spread with tuna mixture and top with cheese slices. Broil until cheese melts; serve immediately.
Tip: Making biscuits and there's no biscuit cutter handy? Try Mom's little trick…just grab a glass tumbler or the open end of a clean, empty soup can.
