Place boiling water, cloves, nutmeg and allspice in a medium saucepan. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add tea bags. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove cloves and tea bags and discard.
Pour tea into a pitcher. Stir in orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice,honey and food color. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
