In a teapot or small heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over tea bags cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard.
Stir in breakfast drink powder, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove cloves and discard. Reheat if needed.
Stir and serve hot in tea cups. Garnish with orange slices if desired.
