1 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
Pinch salt
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter real
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In saucepan place sugar, milk, chocolate, salt, and corn syrup; stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Cover and cook 2 minutes; remove lid and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.
