2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
2/3 cup half and half
3 tablespoons butter real
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Dash salt
Mix all ingredients in top of double boiler; cook over simmering water for about 1 hour. Serve hot.
Note: If reheating, add 1 to 2 tablespoons milk to blend to right consistency.
