Minted Fruit And Avocado Salad

Ingredients

2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise real
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
1 teaspoon fresh mint dried, crushed
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Few drops of hot pepper sauce
1 banana ripe, sliced
1/3 cup crushed pineapple or chunk pineapple, well drained
1/4 cup celery thinly sliced
1 avocado large, sliced
Fresh mint sprigs

Directions:

Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mint, sugar, and hot pepper sauce in small bowl. Gently fold in banana, pineapple, and celery. Arrange avocado slices on 4 individual salad plates and top with fruit mixture. Serve with a sprig of fresh mint if available.
