Combine chicken, egg white, water chestnuts, Tamari sauce, sherry, garlic, salt, ginger, and cornstarch. Shape into 4 patties heat safflower oil in a skillet and brown patties on both sides. Prepare the following sauce.
Sauce:
*Blend all ingredients together. Spoon sauce over patties cover skillet and cook 10 minutes.
Note: Tamari and soy sauce are interchangeable, but Tamari may be a bit stronger in flavor.
