Turkey Stack Sandwiches


Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 slices rye bread
4 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
4 lettuce
2 tomatoes sliced
4 turkeys breast, cooked
8 slices bacon cut in half and fried crisp

Directions:

For each sandwich, place 1 slice rye bread on dinner plate. Top with slice of Swiss cheese, then lettuce, tomato slices, breast of turkey, and bacon slices. Smother with Thousand Island Dressing (recipe in this cookbook).
