Rib Stickin' Breakfast

Ingredients

3 pounds sausages
20 slices of bread, crust removed
12 to 18 eggs, beaten
1 pound Cheddar cheese, sliced
seasoning to taste

Directions:

Cook the sausage in a Dutch oven, drain, and set aside. Break the bread into small pieces and place in the bottom of a Dutch oven. Pour the beaten eggs over the bread. Place sliced cheese and sausage in layers over the mixture. Add seasonings. Cover and cook for approximately 30 minutes using 4-6 briquets under the Dutch and 14-16 briquets on the lid. Check to see when the eggs are done.
