Scoop egg yolks into a bowl. Arrange egg white halves on a platter and set aside. Mash yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, horseradish to taste, mustard, salt, pepper and dill weed, if using; mix well. Spoon mixture into egg whites; sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
