No Guilt Turkey Burgers


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
1 small zucchini, shredded
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
1 egg white
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1 tablespoon parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups frozen seasoning blend (chopped onion, celery, pepper) (see note)
4 hamburger buns

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except buns in large bowl; mix well. Form into 4 soft patties. Use spatula to transfer to broiler pan or fine wire vegetable rack for grilling. Cook well. Serve on buns.

Note:
Let frozen veggies thaw a little, then squeeze with paper towels before adding to mixture.
