Oriental Hamburgers

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
dash of pepper
1 egg
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon grated gingerroot, or 1/8 teaspoon dried ginger
4 sesame hamburger buns

Directions:

Combine ingredients and shape into patties. Grill, broil (3–5 minutes on each side), or pan fry till done. Serve on buns.
