Sloppy Joe Phillies

Ingredients

5 slices bacon, chopped
3/4 (12-ounce) package frozen seasoning blend (chopped onion, celery, pepper)
1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
2 pounds ground round
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups grated cheese of choice

Directions:

Cook bacon until barely crisp; add seasoning blend and mushrooms. When lightly browned, add ground round; season to taste. Cook until brown. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve on toasted buns or rolls of choice.
