Whisk coffee, milk, pudding mix, and 3 tablespoons sugar in large bowl with until slightly thickened. In mixer bowl, beat whipping cream and 1/4 cup sugar until stiff; fold into coffee mixture. Spoon into stemware or dessert dishes. Refrigerate till set, about 15 minutes.
