Directions:
Combine broth, potatoes, celery and onion in a large soup pot over medium heat. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Add broccoli and cauliflower; simmer an additional 10 minutes. Stir in soup, cheeses and ham; simmer until cheeses melt and soup is heated through.
