In a skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in oil. Remove to cutting board to cool; chop finely and set aside. Spread dough out onto a greased baking sheet; pierce surface of dough with a fork. Mix together sauces and tomatoes; add salt to taste. Stir in chicken; mix well. Spread over dough; top with cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
