Place shrimp in a large plastic zipping bag. Mix remaining ingredients together; pour over shrimp. Seal bag and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning bag several times to coat shrimp with marinade. Drain and discard marinade; place 4 to 6 shrimp on each skewer. Place on a medium-high grill over hot coals. Grill for 4 to 8 minutes until slightly brownish pink; do not overcook. Serve warm.
