Layer bottom half of loaf with roast beef, cheese, peppers and olives; add top of loaf. Brush oil lightly over both sides of loaf. Heat a large skillet over medium heat; add loaf carefully and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until golden and cheese has melted. Slice loaf into sections to serve.
