Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large frying pan, brown ground beef with onion until meat is no longer pink and onion is transparent. Drain if necessary.
In a bowl, combine egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture into meat, heat through and set aside.
Open pie crusts and press each into a 12-inch square. Cut each square piecrust into four 6-inch squares. Spoon about 1/4 cup meat mixture onto each square. Fold over crust to make a triangle. Press edges with a fork to seal. Bake 20 minutes or until piecrust is lightly browned.
