Bake piecrust according to package directions until golden.
In a frying pan, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Season with taco seasoning. Spread cooked meat into bottom of baked piecrust. Layer cheese, chips, tomato, and lettuce over pie. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle olives over the top, if desired. Serve immediately.
