Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, stir in the shallots and scallions and sauté until the shallots are translucent. Add the chickpeas, salt and pepper and heat until warm. Add the chard and cook over medium heat until it is wilted. Add the tomato slices, juice and zest of the lemon and stir well. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
