Wash the Brussels sprouts, cut in half through the stem and drain, but do not dry. Place the sprouts in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave at full power for 10 minutes. Uncover and drain the water from the bowl. Add the oil, salt and lemon or lime juice, mix well and serve.
