Pasta with Chicken

Ingredients

1 pound green spinach noodle
4 tablespoons olive oil
8 tablespoons butter, divided
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
4 whole chicken breasts, cubed
1 1/2 cups cubed zucchini
4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 teaspoons salt
few grindings pepper
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:

While pasta is cooking, heat oil and 4 tablespoons butter in skillet over high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is golden. Turn down heat and add chicken. Cook until chicken is white, about 5 minutes. Add zucchini, tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Mix hot, drained pasta with remaining 4 tablespoons butter. Add chicken mixture and toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
