Remove chicken from bone and cut in bite-sized pieces. Mix chicken, grapes, chestnuts, celery, and the cup of slivered almonds. Then mix mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, and soy sauce, and add to the chicken. Mix well. Serve on pineapple slices or crisp lettuce leaves. Top with mayonnaise and 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds.
