Sherwood Forest Orange Cream Sauce

Ingredients

2 egg yolk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup cream, whipped

Directions:

Put egg yolks, sugar and juice on stove. Cook until thick. When cooled, add 1 cup cream that has been whipped until stiff. Serve immediately on angel cake slices or vanilla ice cream.
