Combine chicken or turkey, chestnuts, grapes, celery, and almonds. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, curry powder, and soy sauce. Add to chicken mixture; stir well. Add pineapple and toss lightly. Serve on bed of lettuce. Do not substitute salad dressing for mayonnaise.
