Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Put in skillet with olive oil cook until tender remove and place in serving dish in warm oven. Add garlic to skillet and cook until tender. Add Italian tomatoes, olives, parsley, and capers heat thoroughly. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve with pasta.
