Fried And Cream Chicken

Ingredients

2 chicken parts
2 tablespoons shortening
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of celery, cream of mushroom or cheddar cheese)

Directions:

Brown chicken parts in shortening in skillet. Pour off drippings add soup. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally.
