Roll crackers into fine crumbs. Add melted butter mix well. Pat mixture into buttered springform pan. Beat eggs. Add sugar, maple, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and cottage cheese beat until smooth. Pour into baking pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes remove from oven increase heat to 475°F. Beat sour cream, almond and sugar pour over top. Return to hot oven and bake for 5 minutes. Cool on rack then chill in refrigerator.
