Combine sugar and butter bring to a boil and stir constantly. Boil 1 minute and remove from heat. Combine eggs, vanilla, and salt blend 30 seconds. Add brown sugar mixture and blend at high speed 1 minute cool. Whip heavy cream until stiff and fold into mixture. Add chocolate drops and walnuts. Pour into foil-lined loaf pan and freeze until firm.
