1. Place sauce over hot (not boiling) water to keep warm.
2. Spray medium skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place Canadian bacon in sprayed skillet. Cook over medium heat about 1 minute on each side or until hot. Remove from skillet.
3. To assemble, spread each English muffin half with 1 teaspoon margarine. Place each on individual serving plate. Top each with Canadian bacon, egg and sauce.
