Spray a Dutch oven with vegetable oil cooking spray. Drain 1 can of peaches. Combine both cans of peaches, including the juice from the undrained can, the blueberries, if using, the Bisquick, sugar, and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Place this mixture into the Dutch oven.
Topping:
Combine the Bisquick, sugar, butter, and milk in a resealable plastic bag. Using your fingers, drop bits of Topping on top of the peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Place the Dutch oven over about 12 coals, then cover with lid; place about 12 coals on top. Check in 10 minutes; if the dough is brown, there are too many coals on top. If it is not brown at all, add a few coals. The cobbler usually cooks in 30 minutes.
Editor's Extra: Can bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes, or until top is golden.
Fun Fact: The Giza Necropolis is an archaeological site on the Giza Plateau, on the outskirts of Cairo, Egypt. This complex of ancient monuments includes the three pyramid complexes known as the Great Pyramids, the massive sculpture known as the Great Sphinx, several cemeteries, a workers’ village, and an industrial complex. It is located about five miles inland into the desert from the old town of Giza on the Nile. The pyramids were described in a poem composed about 140 BC by Greek poet Antipater of Sidon who, along with several of his peers, is attributed with listing the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
