Combine 2 rolls and flatten into an apple shape. With a knife, cut one triangle out of the top and 2 smaller triangles out of the bottom. Place apple on a sprayed baking sheet. Shape cut out triangles into a stem and a leaf. Cut a slit in the center of the leaf. Place stem and leaf at the top of the apple. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and allow to rise 30-45 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool then slice and fill with mayonnaise, lettuce, turkey, cheese and apple slices.
