Slice ends off of the loaf of bread. Cut remaining loaf into 1-inch cubes. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake at 350°F 10-15 minutes or until bread begins to crisp. Remove from oven and place in a large mixing bowl to cool. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir gently. Add gradually to bread cubes, stirring gently after each addition. Chill and serve cold.
