Thaw rolls until soft. Place four thawed rolls on breadboard. Top with 1/2 cup ham, 2 tablespoons green onions, and 1/2 cup each of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Chop with a knife until ingredients are mixed into rolls. Lift with a spatula into a 12-inch Dutch oven lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Repeat process with remaining ingredients. Put lid on oven and allow to rise 20-30 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 2 chopped pizzas.
Variations: Use pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, olives or pineapple.
